Extrusion / Plastic injection molding technology
Our employees process different plastics in our production. This is done in
3-shift operation with 15 modern injection molding machines and 15 extrusion lines.
Our in-house developed extrusion machines enable us to manufacture individual hoses of the highest quality and with a tailor-made shape.
In order to be able to provide our customers with the best possible performance at all times, our modern extrusion and injection molding machines, drying systems and robot systems are constantly kept up to date and operated exclusively by an experienced and highly qualified team of specialists.

Assembly of hose systems and electrical devices
A special focus of our activity is on the assembly of individual parts from hoses, plastic parts and electronics / electrics to complete hose systems and electrical devices.
The constant innovations and technical advances at Truplast make the joining of individual plastic components or the assembly of complex assemblies up to the integration of complete application systems a matter of course.
Our assembly workstations can be equipped with ESD protection so that sensitive electronic parts can also be processed safely.
